"Harissa Hummus"

Ingredients:
2 (15 oz.) cans of Garbanzo beans (dried is better but canned is less work)
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 cup Tahini
1-2 tablespoons Harissa spice
1/4 cup of cold water

"Harissa Hummus"

Directions:
1. Combine Tahini, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor with 2 tablespoons of water and pulse till finely blended. Add additional water a tablespoon at a time if needed...
2. Add the drained Garbanzo beans and Olive oil, blend well...
3. Add the Harissa powder and blend, adding additional cold water if needed o achieve a nice consistency...
4. When serving, run a fork or knife in a circle over the hummus and drizzle 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil and sprinkle a 1/2 tsp of Harissa...
